Purchased from a friend that needed to sell it so he could transfer (Military).
Day one I started taking it apart in Aug 2005 (without driving it), and never drove it until 7 years later.
It had been sitting outside with no top for two years in the Florida weather when I got it.
I started it in GA, got stationed in RI, then stationed in WA and now live in NC. I worked on it a little in each state and towed/trailered it to each new duty station.
When I finally finished it and got it registered, the state of WA refused to call it a 1970, so I own the only 2012 Scout 800A.
